Click Edit Then Preferences To Access These Screens..

Click Advanced

Click Cache on the right, then use the clear cache button to empty the cache...
 

Note this WILL NOTE CLEAR THE HISTORY BAR!!  View the screen below to see where that is..

Clear location bar and history from Preferences-->Navigator-->History:
